Thanks to Vinny Oshana and PBD team for highlighting this horrific issue. We at DTRI cannot take the time right now to do deep dive research into what possible legal levers can be pressed to cure this danger prior to November, But logic suggests there must be multiple.... Let's take a quick common sense look at this matter. IT IS A FEDERAL issue as to whether the various states effect state voting which is legal, responsible and free of election interference. Certain states themselves are conducing election interference if they allow non citizen - illegal aliens to place votes. It's also a civil rights violation in that by SOME states corrupting the election process in their region, they are impinging the civil rights of the many (ie the broad national populace) to have a fair election process nationwide... HOW COULD this matter be addressed so as to pursue remedy? One way is the Trump campaign can declare is has standing -and sue the offending states, each. And sue the fed government to seek enactment of rational requirements upon all states. Also, a coalition of non-offending states can do the same, sue offending states and sue the feds to force standardization... ANOTHER big issue is mail-in balloting. This should be outlawed by a bill passed asap, and same day voting should be nationally mandated. And as proviso for problems, if there is any major encumbrance to an upcoming same day vote -election, the election gets postponed for 45 days. IE-there is no circumstance at all permissible for early voting, and / or mail in ballots, save for absentee. This is clearly an urgent manner. And of course any rational person knows 2020 was stolen, and firm measures must be taken this year-to preclude a repeat.
