First of all Russia is not losing and is not going to "lose". The UKR-Kiev forces are decimated and exhausted. All that's keeping them clinging on is an endless (wasted) stream of money and weapons from foolish USA. They are NOT in the midst of some grand pushback, some grand and highly successful counter-offensive. That is all propaganda bullsheet. Lyman is a small town. It's of no major significance militarily. The siege put upon LYMAN with over 15,000 Kiev troops (against 4000 Russian troops)... was just to create a "story"... That Kiev had forced Russian troops to withdraw from the town. Yeah, 15,000 against 4,000-- common sense would have you pull back temporarily. It's a meaningless operation in the big picture over there. A propaganda strategy ---so western media can tout a "win" on the battlefield. This is all smoke and mirrors. Russia is not going to leave Donbas. And Kiev is not going to conquer it. Naive Americas are just being subjected to ridiculous propaganda efforts to have them foolishly assent to billions of money thieved out of the US treasury for this absurd prolongation of a conflict which should have bargaining-table been peace-settled... months ago. Kiev is not "winning the war", and has no chance to. Americans are being propaganda-conned. That's it plain and simple.
