[Always always always when an EMS ambulance is called to the scene of an insured person, THE ONLY people touching the patient are trained paramedics, and they assess / respond to the person somewhat before even lifting them into the ambulance. Points to note:
* Small stores do not call cops over a fake 20 dollar bill. Not worth the time.
* Cops would not arrest a man automatically over a 20 dollar bill. Maybe he didn't KNOW it was counterfeit. The premise of this 'story' is ridiculous. AS RIDICULOUS as the fact that Soros' Antifa had violent, paid troublemakers ready to go in 40 cities. Coincidence?
* PPL who just passed counterfeit money do not hang around waiting for cops to arrive.
* When "Floyd" was pinned, he was likely administered by the cops- a drug to make him appear unconscious.
* Three cops did not need to pin him to restrain him. He appeared fawningly drunk and thus was not much of a threat. When he was sitting on the sidewalk in handcuffs he was docile.
* Procedure would have been to call BOTH a paddy wagon and an ambulance. He would be put in paddy wagon and examined by paramedics. Due to his size a paddy wagon would have been called. THE WHOLE 'PLOT' was implausible, especially HOW FAST cops arrived (within 7 min). Over a 20 dollar bill? It was a lowwww priority call, cops would have arrived 20-30 minutes later (NOT FAST). If they even answered the call at all. It was a freaking 20 dollar bill. Minneapolis is a big city. Population 426 thousand. Is a 20 dollar bill a top priority call? Also upon arrival cops spent no time taking a report or examining the bill. They zipped into the store and zipped out, less than one minute
* FACT: The Minneapolis PD's average response time for the most urgent 911 calls - "unstable scenes" with an imminent threat to life or property - is 11 minutes. But they showed up for a 20 dollar bill --in less than 7 min?
* Also they had already called an ambulance, because "Floyd" appeared woozy. If that were really so, they would not kneel on him and risk medical lawsuit.
* EMS was not told on the dispatch radio WHAT the problem was, so upon arrival paramedics would have asked what happened and what's the problem, and gained preliminary input before moving the patient. What if the patient had been in a fight and had internal injuries? Also no paramedic would have lifted the patient's head with his hand; they would have put a neck brace on, and they would have FIRST asked about and tried to assess his condition/problem BEFORE moving him, and LIKELY tried to revive him in the street before putting him in ambulance. Instead these "individuals" without asking any questions or trying to determine anything, just picked him up and tossed him into the van. THAT'S NOT PROCEDURE.
