North Korean Gov't issues negotiating agenda toward USA --(Toward USA? Who the heck is teh USA in this mess? Isnt the UN supposed to keep world peace, why is the USA the rogue actor and the UN silent? And why is the UN allowing this one to one dust up?).. Duh!
