Editor's note - "Outnumbered" guest RICHARD FOWLER and the DEMS, overall. are floating a specious and contrived fake argument in talking about Gorsuch with reference to famous cases. IN COMMENTING on such cases as BROWN v BOARD and others GORSUCH is careful NOT to inject his opinion on the results/consequences/ramifications of such rulings, but CLEARLY affirms that the most noted famous rulings brought up were CORRECT ON POINT OF LAW... Well indeed that is what you want from a SupCourt judge...you do not want his opinionation on whether rulings produced preferred consequences/results or not, you WANT HIM TO ADHERE IN RULINGS --TO POINTS OF LAW. But the DEMS are avoiding that clear concept and trying to vilify Gorsuch for note endorsing spin-skew POLITICAL VIEWS. Oppo to Gorsuch is saliently a fabricated political exercise without any valid intellectual foundation. Its simply sleazy and conniving oppo politics, not issue based, principled foundation.
