By law TWITTER is designated as a user platform, the owner(s) of which are NOT ALLOWED by law to express any editorial viewpoint or take actions reflecting any editorial notion or interpretation. The police will arrest anyone who incites to vioence with words. It is not twitter's job to "police" it's platform content. Law enforcement agencies exist to do that. Ppl have become vastly misled over the past 7 years of social media's rampant censorship --misled to believe these platforms HAVE THE RIGHT to ban and censor and de-platform users. THEY DO NOT.

And there should by many lawsuits against them for doing so historically. They can't have it both ways. If they register as a user upload platform, they can censor nothing (except obtusely illegal acts) YE did not verbally issue any call to violence. He just posted a meme that Elon didn't like. If twitter and other platforms want to censor ppl, that's editorializing and they must lose their protection against libel suits. The law is clear. The public is deluded due to NWO propaganda claiming platforms have the right to censor and ban. Legally.. THEY..DO .. NOT. Jimmy Dore did an excellent video on this topic this week. Kudos to JD. Jim is on point with almost everything he says lately. Few exceptions. It's very worth hearing / seeing his vids. He's not politically partisan on his show; he's devoted to truth. And has great guests. Applause!
