REVEALED -- Heard thought she was going to have the jury side with her because Depp had LOST a libel case in UK, some months earlier. In that case Depp had sued a newspaper over its claims that he HAD abused his then wife. IN THE UK COURT, that allegation was dismissed. In the USA defamation trial however, this news fact from the UK was NOT spotlighted.
