The FBI did NOT say Hillary is 'innocent' - THEY SAID SHE IS GUILTY - as accused, on all matters of accusation. However they simply "choose" to bypass indicting and prosecuting her. Hmmm, prosecutorial discretion eh? Uh, not exactly that is NTO what prosecutorial discretion is supposed to mean. This BYPASSING of indictment is simply corruption. Simply NOT DOING ONE's job.
