He is losing weight, looks drawn and gaunt and in ill health...Notice his slimming waist, skinny arms, look at his very skinny left hand closely and his face (gaunt look, sinking facial lines). Can you see it? He looks like he has a drug addiction or some type of advancing physical malady...
