Cocaine importation conspiracy: Maduro and his co-conspirators are accused of conspiring to import tons of cocaine into the United States over a period of decades. The indictment alleges this was part of a strategy to "flood the United States with cocaine".
Possession of machine guns and destructive devices: The charges include the possession of military-grade weapons.
