BULLETIN -- Still ANOTHER video of the shooting is released. This appears to be from the cellphone the "wife" of the deceased female.

It's most likely going to be ruled a legitimate shooting in that the driver of the car was ordered to exit the vehicle by a lawful police order and instead accelerated in the direction of the officer by her front bumper. He was wrong to be in front of the car; that was against ICE policy, but she did scare him by putting the car in motion instead of following the order to get out of the car. Did he overreact? It's debatable. It's not an open-and-shut issue. It's debatable. He'll be sanctioned for standing in front of the car, but charged with an illegitimate shooting? Unlikely. The moment she put her car in motion, she was considered a threat / a danger -and a madwoman. She'd been ordered to step out. And in the moments leading up to the gunfire, her "wife" was aggressively taunting/harassing the officers in the street. Interfering with a police operation is just begging for trouble. What this woman did by blocking the traffic was not "legitimate protest" activity. She was foolish and unhinged and so was her "wife". Was the officer who shot effecting premeditated murder? No. He was reacting to the driver's behavior. Maybe overreacting, but still, reacting to the driver's behavior. He didn't arrive on the scene looking to murder someone. It was a situation of chaos. Resulting in tragedy.
