Let's give an analogy. For the past three weeks in a row, during each school day, schoolyard bullies have pushed up on Nathan and stolen his lunch money. Grossly naive and ever the optimist tho, as the coming Monday approaches, Norman tells his friends... he's looking forward to having a great hot lunch at school, midday on Monday.
What's wrong with this hoping, and in fact -the whole scenario? Well thing number one, he's falling to admit he's been abused and robbed. He's not focusing upon that unpleasant fact. Number two, neither he nor anybody else has done a single thing to preclude -further bullying and theft.
So here we have naive Nathan, who's suffered abuse and theft of previous lunch opportunities, counting his hoped for Monday lunch pleasures, before they hatch. And with no good cause to be so optimistic.

1) Launch an immediate austerity of government spending, slashing and burning all expenses which are not necessary. Which will be a list bigger than one would easily imagine. Slash and burn needless programs and budgetary luxuries at all federal agencies. (And this includes cessation of any money or materials to NWO puppet Zelensky. Plenty of other NATO members are being fools for the Z, let's curtail it from also being -we).
