*** MOST AMERICANS NOW DISTRUST THE FEDERAL GOV'T and 'MAINSTREAM' NEWS ... MORE THAN EVER BEFORE ***

(LOS ANGELES) --- Film classic ITS A WONDERFUL LIFE is grand fable of 'everyman' prevailing in the face of greed and corruption. Yet while the 1946 flick's ending is inspirational, Americans today feel our world's become much MORE corrupt (not less) -since then.

We all know Americans don't agree on much today -but one thing the majority feel is-- our government staged 9/11. That's from a Chapman University survey done several (recent) months ago. The study also finds half of the nation feels the government lied about JFK / Dallas-'63. These uneasy feelings exist within a troublesome larger context: There's now widespread distrust in the federal government, and "mainstream" news - A cynicism fueling rapid growth of what's called "new" media (or 'alternative' news). Even though much of such has been around for years, what's "new" is the rate of "investigative news" growth, clearly driven by distrust of 'official stories' from "powers that be".

*The Chapman University Survey on American Fears* from the ~Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences~ also found --a large percentage of PPL believe the global warming narrative -contains much hyped propaganda.

The poll gained answers from 1,511 Americans ages 18 and over who took part in the National Survey of Fears - Wave 3. The surveys were weighted to provide demographically representative results based on the American population as a whole.

The survey compilers asked questions about levels of belief in 9 different controversial topics. Here are the percentages of those who FULLY believe or feel it PROBABLE:

The 9/11 attacks were government run ... 54.3%
The JFK / Dallas drama was government run ... 49.6%
Global warming is considerably hyped propaganda ... 42.1%
Plans & manipulations toward a one world government are real ... 32.9%
The origin of the AIDS virus was deliberately brought about ... 30.1%
Alien encounters have probably happened ... 42.6%
The death of supreme court justice Antonin Scalia was suspicious ... 27.8%
Obama's birth certificate is a photoshopped forgery ... 30.2%
The moon landing(s) were faked, not real ... 24.2%

THE MOST PROVOCATIVE conclusion which is obvious from this survey data is that MOST AMERICANS believe the "War on Terror" is a massive staged set of deceptions, run by "the powers that be", to scare the citizens into accepting deleterious policies of the government. THIS CONCLUSION is saliently infer-able in that the entire officialdom narrative of the "War on Terror" is based on the official "story" of 9/11. If you believe 9/11 was a lie, you believe that what ensues from it is a bucket of lies and fabricated propaganda. Because a foundational lie does not give rise to credible fruits.

For discerning Americans, it was inconceivable that the most expensive air defense system in the world could possibly have failed that day. Never mind that it was a system whose primary mission was to guard against Soviet encroachment for 40 years and which continued to focus exclusively on external threats in the decade following the end of the Cold War. It should have been ready, and if it wasn't, then it had to be because of internal sabotage.

Survey takers said: "Only about a fourth of Americans (26 percent) disagreed or strongly disagreed with all nine theories of corruption & lies. The remaining three-fourths (74 percent) of the population finds at least one conspiracy-suspicion of the nine topics -convincing; if not more than one. Fully 10 percent of the sample agreed or strongly agreed with all nine topics as being suspect."
