Really really simple! -The "crash" did not happen in real time- it was pre-filmed with post production CGI adding in all the victims and special effects. JUST LIKE THEY DO IN THE MOVIES... If they can fake a quake scene in a film drama, with CGI, you think they can't fake a car crash?
