Editor's note - The alleged ALPHA BANK pinging of a server in PA, is very suspicious, and seems like CIA "fake signature" psyop.... the SPECTRUM pings could also be fake signature psyop... BECAUSE both Spectrum and ALPHA BANK if doing devious deeds would be smart enough to DISGUISE their net footprint, not leave a traceable signature. So the pinging could be a set up. If its NOT a set up, then a very curious thing, yes indeed.
WHAT WE SHOULD POINT OUT THOUGH is something everybody looking at this stuff fails to point out. THE SANCTIONS ON RUSSIA should not be there and were very immorally imposed, without any just cause. So whether there are secret negotiations about lifting them going on or not the SANCTIONS THEMSELVES are an immoral act of war, and should be lifted forthwith. THE SANCTIONS ARE unfounded (very aggressive) acts of economic warfare aimed at destroying the Russian economy. They are not "punishment" for any international "wrongdoing". That is complete fabricated nonsense. ALSO note since the TYT video report above, Trump has acted against Russia by firing upon Syria, and has denied the proposed Exxon - Russia deal.
