Note - Comey is deliberately LYING when he says an important consideration in deciding whether to indict was INTENT. That's absolutely incorrect. THE LAWS relating to the case CLEARLY state intent is irrelevant; its only a actions and consequences that create the standard for prosecution SO Comey lied. He also lied about NO PRECEDENT for indictment in such a matter.
